Jeanine Johansen has been visitingGrand Teton National Park for years and is one of those who “books her next year’s stay as she’s checking out for the current year.” Forever Resorts would like to thank her for her long-term loyalty, business and friendship. This personal testimony says it all:

“We have been coming to Grand Teton National Park every year since 1978. We first camped at Colter Bay until 1996. Since then we’ve stayed at Jackson Lodge, Signal Mountain Cabins and all other campgrounds. Since 1998 my daughter and her family have camped atSignal Mountain Campground and I have stayed at the Lakefront Retreats. Signal Mountain Lodge has become our Teton home every summer due to the friendly staff, wonderful accommodations, and helpful management personnel. Plus, it has the best view in the whole park!” —Jeanine Johansen.

Mechanic Panic:
Cottonwood Cove
Marina, NV

"What started out as one of the worst situations" That would be the Forever Resorts' (FR) staff notifying Mr. Eli 15 minutes after his arrival at Cottonwood Cove, NV that the deck boat he had reserved months ago was not available. It was in the repair shop and all the other deck boats were rented. “How am I going to tell my family and the six children in tow there would be no boat? They had traveled all the way from Florida to spend time on the Colorado River.”

At the end of his trip, Mr. Eli wrote to the FR home office to praise the wonderful, efficient and professional way this “worst situation” was handled. FR employees Kelly Hersey, Mark Hughes, and the mechanic, Mike Pleman“saved the day.” Mike dug in and put in extra long hours to get the Eli family out on the water as planned. In his letter to the home office, Mr. Eli emphasizes, “What a great team! It’s not just the fact that they saved the trip, its how much they cared. Each of them was vested in our overall satisfaction.”

It certainly looks like the Eli clan had a wonderful time on the river. Forever Resorts is proud of their marina employees and their fervent commitment to customer service; very happy that a worst situation “thankfully turned out to be one of our best family vacations.” It’s no wonder the Cottonwood Cove team scored perfect 10’s on the Eli’s customer satisfaction rating profile. Congratulations Kelly, Mark, and Mike!

Bryce Canyon:
Can There Be Any Place More Majestic?

Those of you lucky enough to have already cast your shadow over this unbelievable landscape understand the question. And those who haven’t? Well, you’ll want to revise your bucket list. Bryce Canyon (that really isn’t a canyon) is one of the most visited tourist attractions in the United States. Designated as
a National Monument in 1923 and a National Park in 1928, the geologic splendor of the Paunsaugunt Plateau rim is also
graced by a historic Lodge—in fact, the last National Park lodge built by famous Park architect Gilbert Stanley Underwood—a National Historic Landmark and a destination in it’s own right. The Lodge at Bryce Canyon and Forever Resorts invite you
to stay, dine, and relax for a few hours or a few days in this magnificent arena.

Getting to the Lodge is half the fun. Bryce Canyon is almost the epicenter of the manyNational Parks that comprise Utah and Arizona’s Canyon lands. Routes from Las Vegas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Salt Lake and Denver are all gloriously scenic with many fascinating stops, lookouts and “histories” to explore along the way. One notable highway, Utah's Garfield County Scenic Byway 12/An All American Road, is particularly worth the time it takes to drive it, one way or the other.

The Lodge is the only overnight lodging actually in the Park. A r
