Easter Brunch at Central 214
Spring has also sprung at Central 214 restaurant, adjacent to Hotel Palomar Dallas. Chef Graham Dodds, known for his passion for locally sourced ingredients and farm-to-table cooking, is offering new breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner menus, as well as a special Easter holiday brunch, on Sunday, April 8. The Central 214 Easter Brunch will feature both a buffet of traditional brunch selections and carving stations of slow roast prime rib and glazed pork loin, as well as an a la carte brunch menu.
