Shades of the good old days – American Airlines customer service to the rescue. Posted: 03 Feb 2012 03:00 AM PST I received a schedule change message from Caribbean Airlines this last weekend. It looked like it might be one of those unfortunate examples where the schedule change would ruin the trip. But, AA worked miracles and switched my clients to an even better flight.
