A new restaurant at the Hotel Manoir Victoria
Chez Boulay - bistro boréal

The Hôtel Manoir Victoria, a four-star accommodation establishment in Old Québec, has joined forces with the owners of the well-known restaurant the Saint-Amour, Jean-Luc Boulay and Jacques Fortier, who will take over food operations for the hotel.

In addition to running the main dining room and managing banquets at the hotel, the new food service team will be able to showcase its talents at the hotel's new restaurant, Chez Boulay - bistro boréal, once it opens on April 1. The seasonal menu will feature Northern cuisine prepared with locally-produced ingredients.
