New York, September 28, 2011: This holiday season, guests of Switzerland's Beau-Rivage Palace can experience the world-famous Béjart Ballet (pictured, above).  Established in 1987 by renowned choreographer Maurice Béjart, the Lausanne-based ballet company is considered one of the world's finest, featuring avant-garde music and innovative dance forms mixed with acrobatics and non-traditional choreography.
