Portillo’s Ski School

NEW: Nick Devore’s Portillo Big Mountain Telemark Camp; July 26th-August 2nd

New-school free-heeler Nick Devore has climbed and skied some of the biggest mountains in the world.  Devore will use his big mountain experience and telemarking skills to build sound fundamentals and teach telemark skiers how to conquer the steep Portillo terrain and apply their skills to the slopes in their own backyard.  Devore will be joined by Kayo Ogilby, the head coach of the CRMS (Colorado Rocky Mountain School) Telemark Team.  For more information and camp registration visit http://Bigmountaintelemark.blogspot.com .  Camp begins at $1500.

 

Kim Reichhelm’s Ski Adventures; August 9 - 16

World Extreme Skiing Champion Kim Reichhelm and a staff of world-class coaches host a week of unforgettable skiing, camaraderie and fun.

Adult Freeskiing Adventure - Adults are guided in groups of similar ability, with daily heli-skiing options.

Young Adult Freeskiing Clinics (ages 13-19) - Young adults learn big mountain skiing skills. Different coaches instruct both burgeoning freeskiers and those looking to compete.
