This activity will be held starting for the presentation of the Italian firework display. Meals will be served daily at noon and in the evening on the suspended platform until the close of the 17th edition of the Grands Feux firework competition on August 10. During this period, the Montmorency Manor and its executive chef, Martin Côté, will serve up a gastronomic five-course meal eight times a day. The activity lasts approximately three hours and proceeds according to the schedule described below: Guests are greeted upon arrival and enjoy an appetizer for the first hour at ground level. The guests then spend the second hour on the suspended platform, where they are served the next three courses. During the final hour, the guests return to ground level for dessert.
