      ST. JOHN, USVI – April 28, 2011 – Set to formally open its doors June 1, 2011, Eco Serendib Villa and Spa will introduce a new level of eco-friendly ultra-luxury to St. John, US Virgin Islands. Perched atop Point Rendezvous Estate, with sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea and the magnificent southern coast, Eco Serendib offers eight individually designed and elegantly appointed suites that incorporate energy-saving, green elements, promising a distinctive experiential retreat.

      Mirroring the exceptional vistas and accommodations, the amenities and services of Eco Serendib Villa and Spa will exceed even the most discerning guest’s desires. Included are a full service spa and Life Fitness gym for exclusive use by Villa guests; Epicurean Theater kitchen featuring appliances from Sub-Zero/Wolf (with celebrity or local chef service available); elegant dining room; pool, hot tub and barbeque terrace; serene grand room; and meditation garden.       Through November 15, 2011, guests can enjoy the Villa for their exclusive use starting at $2,000.00 per night with seven night minimum for the Presidential suite (maximum two guests). The rate begins at just $19,900 for full use of all eight suites (maximum 16 adults) for seven nights. These rates are exclusive of tax and service. The room rate is commissionable to registered travel consultants. Eco Serendib will announce signature themed epicurean and spa/wellness programs in the upcoming weeks.
