The Wine Weekends are scheduled for January 19 and 20; February 16 and 17; and March 7 and 8.

“We’ll also highlight these wines during dinner at Water’s Edge Grill, for guests who would like explore food and wine pairings,” said Tony Breeze, executive chef at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Resort.
