One Touch of Venus (music by Kurt Weil, lyrics by Ogden Nash, book by S.J. Perelman and Ogden Nash, based on The Tinted Venus by F.J. Anstey) is a fun 1943 romantic musical that features the engaging story of a curator who unearths a long-lost statue of Venus of Anatolia and is thrilled to display her in his New York museum.  However, a naïve young barber unwittingly brings the statue to life and the comic confusion runs rampant.  The March 3-6 performances are directed by Stacey Stephens and choreographed by Michelle Chasse with music directed by Steven Ladd Jones, and performances by an all-student cast, including Carolyn Miller as Venus and Edward Tolve as Rodney Hatch the barber.
