  • Raw Bar with Green Papaya Scallop and Snapper Key-Lime Infused Ceviche; Ale-and-Spice-Poached Chilled Gulf Shrimp with cocktail sauce and cilantro lemon mayo; Blue Point Oysters on the Half Shell with aged red wine mignonette; and Warm Maine Mussels with Smoked Tomato Broth
