 Christmas and New Year's Celebrations

London, England (9/2010) - Christmas in Merry Old England is quite special.  Victorian decked carolers, Christmas fruit cakes and festively decorated Christmas trees have long been the vision of Christmas in England.  Every holiday season, this image is most beautifully conveyed at the iconic Ritz London on Piccadilly in Mayfair.

Decorated in festive gold and red with numerous Christmas trees, both large and small, dotting the corridors, foyers, lobby and restaurant, The Ritz London has been a traditional holiday gathering spot for Londoners and tourists for more than 100 years. Throughout the festive season good cheer and traditional holiday rituals abound.

Dance the Night away every Wednesday thru Saturday from December 3 to December 23 in The Ritz Restaurant.  Kick up your heels and dress to the nines while enjoying a night of dinner and dancing.  Peter O'Donnell and his band provide the entertainment for this classic "Live at The Ritz" evenings".   The dinner and dance is priced at  £95 per person.  Reservations can be made online at www.theritzlondon.com/restaurant or by calling +44 20 7300 2370 or email:  ritzrestaurant@theritzlondon.com  for further information or reservations.
