Vaux le Vicomte castle is the trendy venue for private events

The jewel of French architecture has been chosen as the venue of two important weddings this summer. Architectural masterpiece of the 17th century, located an hour away outside Paris, you can have the unrivalled impression of becoming, for a day or a night, the owner of the chteau de Vaux le Vicomte. You can come and experience the grandeur of living in a luxury French chteau and invite your family and friends as a host in one of the most exclusive French chteaux. Three centuries ago, King Louis the 14th, dazzled by such splendour, had at Vaux le Vicomte the inspiration to create the future Palace of Versailles.

Today, the breathtaking decoration of the castle's stately rooms and the outstanding 70 acres of French style gardens, lit by 2000 candles will undoubtedly make your private event a unique experience for you and your guests.

Gala, Lunch or dinner: the Chteau can be entirely privatized

The rich decoration of the major rooms of Vaux le Vicomte is the work of a 17th century genius: Charles Le Brun. The vaulted ceilings, the 17th century paintings and sculptures, as well as the fabulous art collection are impressive by their quality.  During these private parties, the chteau can be completely illuminated (inside and outside) by more than two thousands candles and the enchanting gardens designed by Le Ntre can accommodate more than 5 000 guests. For more spectacular evenings, the fountain show can be run and royal fireworks can be fired as it was done on august 17, 1661, when the King of France came for a private party at Vaux le Vicomte. Groups from 2 to 800 people can be hosted in the chteau for an average price going from $10, 000 to $50,000 per event (security, insurance, food and drinks not included).
