HONOLULU, HI (Aug. 19, 2009) – Guests staying at the Aston Maui Kaanapali Villas or The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach can enjoy world-class golf together as a family with Kaanapali Golf Resort’s Juniors Play Free – Bring the Ohana program.

 

The program offers one junior golfer, age seven to 17, a free round or ride when accompanied by a paying adult on the Kaanapali Kai Course. The offer is valid through Sept. 30, 2009. In addition, guests staying at either property are entitled to preferred green fees: $150 to play the Kaanapali Kai Course and $190 to play the Royal Kaanapali Course (non-guest green fees are $195 and $235, respectively).

 

The perfect fit for families, both the Aston Maui Kaanapali Villas and The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach offer spacious accommodations, fully equipped kitchens, separate living and sleeping areas and onsite laundry facilities. With Aston’s year-round “Kids Stay, Play & Eat FREE” program, children 12 years and younger receive free admission to top island attractions and free meals at popular family-friendly restaurants when accompanied by a paying adult. In addition, children 17 years and younger stay free when using existing bedding.

The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach recently unveiled a fresh, new look incorporating a new palm-lined entrance and augmented porte cochere, lush landscaping and enhanced garden courtyard pathway that now features a waterfall and koi pond. The jet spa was enlarged and new lounge furniture and poolside cabanas added the finishing touches to the pool setting.

 

Each of The Whaler’s 163 spacious rooms – comprised of studios, one, and two bedroom suites – range from over 600 to nearly 2,000 square feet, and include fully equipped kitchens and private lanais, some of which wrap around corner units for even more expansive views.

Additional on-site amenities include a salon and spa, tennis courts, heated pool, outdoor barbecues and a fitness center.
