RADISSON ARUBA RESORT, CASINO & SPA PRESENTS AFFORDABLE DINING PLANS

ARUBA, May 8, 2009 – Radisson Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa, a landmark property on Aruba’s Palm Beach, is whetting appetites of value-conscious travelers by offering s special summer room rates with a collection of affordable dining plans and  savings of up to $100 per person, per stay. From now through September 30, 2009, room rates begin at $175 per room, per night, based on double occupancy.  The resort’s popular Five Day Dining Plan, for example, offers a great value at  $198 per person and includes eleven meals: five American breakfast buffets at Laguna Restaurant, three lunches at Gilligan’s Beach Bar & Grill, and three dinners at choice of Gilligan’s or Laguna. 

“Our semi-inclusive Dining Plans offer the best of both worlds,” stated Gary Jutz, general manager of Radisson Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa.  “Participating guests can enjoy the convenience of the resort’s terrific on-site restaurant establishments that offer a casual to fine dining setting and  guests have the opportunity to also explore Aruba’s diverse restaurant scene.”

Many local and well-known restaurant and shopping venues are located within walking distance of Radisson Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa.  The Hard Rock Café Aruba recently opened nearby and Paseo Herencia, a new entertainment district, features an array of culinary offerings.  Favorites include the newly opened Mr. Jazz, offering live music; Nobushi, a Japanese sushi restaurant; and Iguana Joe’s Caribbean Bar & Grill.  Travelers can also treat themselves to dinner at Sunset Grille, Radisson Aruba’s signature AAA Four Diamond-rated restaurant, renowned for pairing a modern steak house with fresh, local seafood.

In addition to the Five Day Plan, the resort is offering plans for one day, seven days, breakfast & beverage and bed & breakfast.  All plans include beverages of coffee and tea at mealtime.  Prices are inclusive of service charge and sales tax and children ages six to 12 must order from the kids menu.
