Vikram Chatwal Hotels Opens Dream Cochin

Vikram Chatwal Hotels, a division of Hampshire Hotels & Resorts, has expanded the Dream Hotel brand to Cochin, India.  

The opening of Dream Cochin, which became official on April 5, brings the boutique hotel groups’ “Hautel Couture” to a new region with its trademark, avant-garde level of surrealism.  The property marries the drama of the exotic east with the whimsy of the west, offering travelers a new vision of modern luxury.  

The hotel boasts three restaurants, Ayela which serves organic Thai seafood with a spicy edge; High Bar, a rooftop lounge featuring outdoor grill and exotic cocktails; Keshia which is a multi–cuisine dining room; and two lounges, Ava Lounge and Willington Library Lounge.

Dream Cochin’s facilities include: 151 guestrooms, 24-hour concierge and front desk, a gym with state of the art equipment and a rooftop pool and Jacuzzi.  Guestroom amenities include: complimentary buffet breakfast, multi-channel TV, down duvets and pillows (hypoallergenic on request), DVD/CD players, wireless and wired internet and an iPod on request.
