RELAIS & CHATEAUX DAZZLES IN MICHELIN RATINGS

October 31, 2007 –  In an impressive first-time showing, Meadowood Napa Valley was awarded 2 Michelin stars in the just released 2008 Michelin ratings, one of only six restaurants to receive the 2 star rating. The San Francisco Michelin ratings were a follow up to the New York City ratings, in which Relais & Châteaux properties also excelled.  Per Se, Jean Georges and Le Bernardin were each awarded 3 stars, and are the only 3 restaurants in the top category. Thomas Keller, for the 2^nd consecutive year, claims the distinction of being the only chef to have two 3-star  restaurants.
