Enjoy Third Night Free Now through December 19, 2008

KA‘ANAPALI, Maui, HawaiiOctober 7, 2008 Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa announced its Three for Free, a new fall vacation package that is available now through December 19, 2008.       

 

Guests who book the Three for Free package will enjoy a third night free, a one-category room upgrade and full breakfast for two daily.  Perfect for a fall family vacation or for a romantic getaway, guests can use the extra night to take advantage of all the resort’s 40-acre activity rich excitement.

The resort offers unique tours such as the Wildlife Tour of resident penguins, flamingos, African ducks, swans, cranes, Koi and exotic fish throughout the property; and tours of its $3 million dollar exotic art collection.  An unforgettable experience is Tour of the Stars, an astronomy program from atop the property’s roof. Guests are guided by a resident astronomer to view the spectacular universe of the Hawaiian night sky through the islands only recreational telescope in this expert-led program.

 

The resort is commended for its Oceanside pools, including a notable “Keiki Lagoon” for kids an interactive children's pool, a 3,000-square foot pool surrounded by sand, a

25-foot slide, as well as turtles that are painted so realistically, they look like authentic sea creatures. At 18-inches deep with a sandy shore, lava rocks and mist, Keiki Lagoon is an ocean-like playground kids adore. A sand covered island sits at the center of the pool, amidst leaping water fountains that spout up to 10 feet high and tide pools. 

 

Beach activities abound and the resort offers group catamaran tours for snorkeling, sunsets and whale watching during season, as well as privately charted catamaran service.

 

For those more interested in relaxing and pampering, the resorts Spa Moana offers a number of specialty Hawaiian treatments and traditional spa services. As Maui’s only oceanfront Spa, guests can enjoy a true beachfront spa experience with the calming sounds of the waves in the background.  Located beneath the spa is a 24-hour state-of-the art fitness facility that also offers Yoga and other workout classes.
