Capella Culinary Classic: Join Executive Chef Michael Rheinhard and his team of young culinary visionaries in the casual elegance of “1806” at the Breidenbacher Hof. On the menu? An exclusive four-course affair with wine pairings. After dinner, guests may wind down in the Capella Bar & Cigar Lounge, perhaps enjoying a well-crafted cocktail or a good cigar. Shopping on the “Kö”: Guests will find personalized shopping at its best at Breidenbacher Hof, conveniently located on the grand Königsallee boulevard (known as the “Kö”) and recognized as the city’s center for fashion and shopping.  Whether during the day or “after hours,” guests are privy to the insights and shopping expertise of their Personal Assistants.  And at the end of a successful spree, shoppers enjoy a relaxing back massage. The package starts at $910 and also includes a two-night stay and breakfast for two at 1806.

 

Escape to Capella Culture: Breidenbacher Hof presents “Culture on the Kö” – a series of readings and concerts by renowned authors and artists. During their stay, guests enjoy tickets to their event of choice, followed by an exquisite three-course lunch or dinner at 1806.  They may call upon the expertise of their Personal Assistant to plan an itinerary for exploring the “must see” of Düsseldorf. The package starts at $616 and also includes a one-night stay, breakfast for two at 1806 and a personalized welcome gift.

 

Advent  Package: Ring in the holiday season discovering Düsseldorf’s Christmas Market (with insider tips from Breidenbacher Hof’s Personal Assistants). During an Advent Afternoon Tea in the Lobby Lounge, guests may savor culinary specialties that celebrate the season. Starting at $518 and available Nov. 29 – Dec. 24, 2008, the package also includes a one-night stay and breakfast at 1806.

 

Christmas Package: Whether strolling along the glimmering Kö, escaping from the holiday hustle and bustle in the Capella Living Room, or enjoying the romantic glow of a private Christmas tree (complimentary for Suite guests and available at an additional charge for Deluxe and Capella room guests), visitors can partake in all of Düsseldorf’s holiday enchantment. Starting at $678 and available Dec. 24–27, 2008, the package includes a one-night stay, a champagne aperitif, breakfast and sumptuous four-course dinner at 1806 and an exclusive Christmas gift.

 

New Year’s Eve Package: Start the New Year with a luxurious bang.  Along with live music and dancing, Breidenbacher Hof offers an elegant ambience for this year’s celebration, including a midnight buffet. Late-night revelers will enjoy a “late riser” breakfast, available until 2 p.m., which of course coincides with a late check-out.
