Michael Reidt of Sevilla, Santa Barbara; Efisio Farris of Arcodoro (Houston) and Arcodoro & Pomodoro (Dallas); Atlanta’s high-powered duo, Daryl Gassmann of Buckhead Life’s Chop’s/Lobster Bar, and Rupert Crawford of Buckhead Gourmet.
