Saval and his partners, Jared Meier and Jeremy Kaufman, were inspired to create LocalGolfConditions.com after an unfavorable experience at one of their local courses.  While standing in the middle of a fairway that was more dirt then grass, they lamented that there was no way for courses to report and for golfers to obtain course conditions.  The idea to create a public forum on the web catered towards golfers was fostered right there on the green.  After much discussion and development work, LocalGolfConditions.com was born.

In addition to being the most up-to-date database and condition review website on the 'net, LocalGolfConditions.com also provides an easy-to-use handicap tracker, interactive maps (with driving directions), and golf forum discussing your favorite golf topics.
