MAYACAMA ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH
OF ITS HILLSIDE HOMES

Hillside Homes Celebrate the Sonoma Lifestyle —
With All of the Top-Notch Amenities Mayacama Has to Offer

A Tuscan-style Hillside Home

(Sonoma County, Calif.) March 12, 2008 – Imagine having a second home nestled in the hills of Sonoma wine country with access to a Golf Digest-ranked “America’s Top 100” golf course, the region’s best wineries, a luxurious spa and fine dining. Then, imagine that all of the upkeep is taken care of for you. The launch of Mayacama’s second ownership opportunity, the Hillside Homes, makes this dream a reality.

The Hillside Homes
Mayacama, a stunning 675-acre golf and wine club located in the heart of Sonoma County, is now selling ownership interests in its Hillside Homes—an opportunity for deeded Ownership to an idyllic piece of wine country property. The fully-furnished Tuscan-style homes, approximately 3,600 square feet in size, will feature between three and four bedrooms, some with detached guest houses. Owners will be spoiled with lavish amenities including a personal wine cellar, soaking tubs and heated bathroom floors. Each situated on one-acre of land or more, the majority of the outdoor areas at the Hillside Homes will feature expansive patios, pools, spas, fireplaces and showers—the ideal spaces to soak up the sweeping Sonoma views.

An ownership interest in a Hillside Home guarantees 90 nights of use per year. Pricing starts at $1.5 million for a one-fourth ownership interest. Currently, Mayacama has two completed Hillside Homes, each available for one-fourth ownership interests. An additional eight Hillside Homes are planned. Hillside Home Owners receive a deed, therefore providing the ability to finance the purchase, tax benefits and appreciation of the Membership at sale. To become an Owner at Mayacama, golf memberships are required.

The Lodging Club
The Hillside Homes are in addition to the Lodging Club at Mayacama, which currently includes three fully furnished, Tuscan-style Villas, available for one-fifth ownership interests starting at the mid-$600,000s, as well as access to 13 cozy Casitas. With 3,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space, each Villa features three bedrooms and three and a half baths, indoor and outdoor kitchens and a gracious outdoor living room designed for easy entertaining. Decks off of every room provide sweeping views of the golf course and tranquil Sonoma scenery. Intimate details such as hardwood floors, an outdoor shower, soaking tubs and impressive harvest dining tables make for sophisticated, yet comfortable, living. Nestled into the Mayacama golf course, the Villas and Casitas truly embrace the natural beauty of their surroundings.
