MILAN - (January 14, 2014) - Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa, is Milan’s newest five-star hotel, is the vision of owner/architect Paola Giambelli with interiors by Pierre-Yves Rochon, has risen on the site of the former circa 1600s Palazzo Kramer in Via Brera, the fashionable heart of Milan. The new must-visit destination, a member of Leading Hotels of the World, is distinguished by many features unique in the city center, including a century-old private garden and fountain.

 

Sixty-five spacious guest rooms and 33 suites are individually designed and distinctively appointed with hand-selected art work, marble, rich woods and luxurious fabrics. Expansive windows and private terraces offer striking garden or city views and ensure that the rooms are awash in natural daylight, a rarity in the bustling city. All accommodations include complimentary Wi-Fi, 48-inch LCD televisions and marble baths with separate tub and shower. The 9th-floor Presidential Suite and 10th-floor Panoramic Suite will open later this year.

 

Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa offers two top gathering spots for guests, visitors and residents. The gourmet restaurant is an enchanting neoclassical space for refined business lunches and intimate dinners accompanied by the inspired recommendations of celebrated sommelier Matteo Ghiringelli. Bistrot Lounge Caffe Parigi, a convivial bar open daily, has become Milan’s go-to locale for casual breakfasts and afternoon tea with pastries by Pascale Piermattei as well as relaxed business and social meetings, light dinners, after-work aperitivi or post-theatre dinner and drinks. Adjoining sun-drenched garden terraces revive the weariest of spirits after a day of gallery hopping or demanding conferences. A wine cellar will open soon.

 

The Ballroom, the largest in Milan, with elegant floor-to-ceiling windows that open to inviting terraces facing the garden, can accommodate 300 – 350 people for weddings, fashion events or other private corporate or social functions. Three additional rooms are available for smaller gatherings.

 

The Grand Spa, terrace and pool will open in late 2014.
