For Six Barefoot and Carefree Days in November

LOS ANGELES, CA, July 10, 2013 -- The Travel Yogi (http://thetravelyogi.com/), specialist in international yoga retreats and yoga adventures, has added Beach House Turks and Caicos, a boutique hotel on award-winning Grace Bay Beach, to its roster of international yoga destinations.

Beginning Nov. 4th, 2013 Ashley Cebulka and Elli Boland will lead a life coaching and yoga retreat in the Turks and Caicos Islands for 6 days and 5 nights at the 21-suite property that since opening October 2012 has enjoyed an unprecedented 85 percent occupancy rate.

As a Certified Lifestyle Consultant, Ashley Cebulka's mission is to help retreat participants trust their intuition and say 'hell yes' to one’s desires and passions. During her sessions one might expect such things as gratitude mediation, affirmations, forgiveness, visualization exercises or even a dance party as a healthy prescription for self-love.

Associated with Mission Yoga, Elli Boland has been in the health Industry since 1996, teaching Yoga since 2007. She has a masters degree in physiotherapy, a bachelors in exercise science, and is certified in Ashtanga Yoga, AFA Personal Training, Ayurvedic Life Coaching, Spinning, Barre, Pilates, and Group Fitness. She works full-time as a Holistic Life Coach with ‘Agents of Change’.

Daily, the retreat will include morning and evening yoga, Perfectionist Rehab workshop, healthy meals courtesy of Chef Eric Vernice and chill out time in the Beach House's water front pampering pods to absorb classes and workshops.

Included in the per person double rate (starting at $1,995 pp, double) are accommodation, two yoga classes daily, breakfast and dinner daily, daily Perfectionist Rehab sessions with Elli and Ashley, one gourmet cooking class (including lunch), complimentary kayaks, SUP boards, snorkels and fins as well as transfers to and from the airport. The property offers 21 1- and 2-bedroom suites, all in excess of 1,150 square feet and each featuring interiors infusing a Nantucket meets Caribbean vibe with crisp white and hues of blue. There is a courtyard swimming pool and pampering pods on the beach where guests may indulge in massage treatments and beach picnics. Beach House has partnered with the prestigious UK-based Arcania Apothecary that has created a bespoke and all-natural Beach House amenity line used in guest suites and at the Pool House spa treatment room.

Resident Chef Eric Vernice brings diverse regions and themes to life alongside wine pairing odysseys that challenge traditional indulgence and impulse in favor of exploration. The 90-seat poolside restaurant and an in-suite dining program feature sea-to-table and Chef’s garden-to-table cuisine, wine tastings, tapas primers and other fun surprises that will magically appear on guest suite patios.  The kitchen, wine cellar and bar support events of up to 150.

A marine paradise, the Turks and Caicos Islands are an archipelago of 40 islands and cays with 224 miles of astonishingly unspoiled white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters protected by the third largest coral reef system in the world.

Located in the British West Indies 30 miles south of the Bahamas, the Turks and Caicos Islands are a 90-minute flight from Miami and a three-hour flight from New York.  Of the 40 islands and cays composing the Turks and Caicos archipelago, only eight are inhabited, including Providenciales, home to the 12-mile stretch of Grace Bay Beach.

A list of international and domestic yoga retreat destinations for 2013-2014 include but are not limited to Aruba, Galapagos, Santorini, Maui, Cabo, Queenstown, Turks and Caicos and Vermont. Guests interface with some of The Travel Yogi’s better known yoga instructors: Annie Carpenter, Kathryn Budig, Giselle Mari, Jennifer Pastiloff and Ashley Turner.
