Arizona Biltmore Offers Lovers Many Romantic Choices

for Valentine’s Day – and Throughout February
 
PHOENIX,  January 17, 2013 – The Arizona Biltmore is the place for lovers on Valentine’s Day – and during the entire month of February.
 
On February 14, Valentine’s Day, you and your Valentine can enjoy a three-course romantic menu with wine pairing in Frank & Albert’s, a gourmet four-course Valentine’s Dinner with wine pairing in Wright’s at The Biltmore, or, for resort guests, an in-room Valentine’s Candlelight Romance for Two dinner. Throughout the month of February, enjoy sensual Valentine’s treatments at the Spa at special rates and a Valentine-themed Afternoon Tea.
 
Valentine’s Day Dining:
 
  • Wright’s at The Biltmore Valentine’s Dinner:  A four-course gourmet menu is being prepared at the Arizona Biltmore’s signature restaurant, with an optional wine pairing by the Sommelier. Served 5:00 - 10 p.m. on Valentine’s Day, the dinner is $95.00 per person and the wine pairing $45. Tax and gratuity not included.
 
First Course: Roasted Chestnut Soup with crispy prosciutto, celery root, Granny Smith apples, and nutmeg.  Wine pairing: Terra D’oro Pinot Grigio, Santa Barbara.
Second Course: Sweet Lobster Salad with Biltmore citrus, bronze fennel, petite arugula, and purple Peruvian potatoes.  Wine pairing:  Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley.
Third Course:  Kobe Beef Tenderloin with foie gras, wild mushrooms, risotto, heirloom carrots, and demi-glace.  Wine pairing:  Heitz Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley.
Dessert:  Chocolate “Espresso” Spiked White Chocolate Mousse with cinnamon-sugared jaconde cake, white chocolate dust and freeze-dried raspberries. Wine pairing:  Robert Mondavi Moscato D’oro, Napa Valley.
 
  • Frank & Albert’s Valentine’s Dinner: A special three-course holiday menu with optional wine pairing. Served 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. on Valentine’s Day, the dinner is $45.00 per person and the wine pairing $25. Tax and gratuity not included.
