   New York - December 14, 2012: Zurich's renowned Baur Au Lac hotel is celebrating the holiday season with one of Switzerland's traditional staples - Glühwein. In the spirit of giving, the hotel is sharing its secret holiday recipe:   Ingredients: 
                        
                            6 1/3 cups red wine2 cups water1/2 of a lemon (sliced)Pinch of clovesSugar to taste   Preparation: Mix ingredients together in a large pot and stir over medium heat.  Let the mixture simmer for about 20 minutes.  Strain through a cheese cloth and serve in individual glasses, each garnished with a cinnamon stick.   Your Glühwein is now ready to enjoy!   For more information about the Baur au Lac, visit: www.bauraulac.ch.       |
